  • 1. "Leisure" is an excellent critique of our overly hectic lives, which causes us to miss out on the following things as we are preoccupied with day-to-day activities.
Man rises from his bed at a fairly late hour. There are tree branches covered in flowers and verdant foliage. We don’t have time to stand beneath the trees and take in the boughs' verdant foliage.

2 . quirrels are scuttling around and skulking around. We don’t have time to visit the forest to observe how they hide their nuts in the grass and play.

3. The stream’s clean water reflects the gleaming stars in the sky. However, we don’t have time to cool our eyes and appreciate their beauty.

3. We don’t have time to walk outdoors and watch the cows and sheep grazing in the fields while we stare at them.

4. The man has no time to look at the lovely girl’s affectionate eyes. The dancing girl’s face lights up with a gratifying grin. Man can appreciate her dancing feet to the fullest extent possible. He can be delighted by her wonderful smile. However, we don’t set aside any time to admire her radiant grin.

There is ample stuff for man to enjoy from these natural objects. They are all endearing and welcoming. These beauties may lead us to pleasure and have enough material to amuse our ears and eyes. However, man does not even pause to spend a few moments with these natural objects. Because of how tedious and uninteresting his life has become, we might conclude that "A poor life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare."
